Location & Directions

Office Location

The STEPP Program offices are located on the second floor of Joyner Library, which is near the center of main campus. See the main campus map. Joyner Library is denoted as building #1, located in block C-5 of the map grid. For more information, including directions to Greenville and ECU’s main campus, visit general visitor information.

Getting directions from a GPS or maps app/website?

  • Since the first stop for many visitors to ECU is the Main Campus Student Center, which is adjacent to the main campus parking garage, you can set its address as your destination: 501 East 10th Street, Greenville, NC 27858.
  • If you’re just aiming for the main campus of the university, instead of that specific parking lot, you can set the destination as 1000 East Fifth Street in Greenville, NC. (That destination will put you fairly close to the Admissions office, which is located in the Whichard Building.)

ADA Parking Spaces

Any visitor who has a valid state-issued handicapped placard or license plate and wishes to utilize the ADA accessible spaces on campus, must purchase an ECU visitor parking permit.  Once the placard is verified, the purchased visitor permit will be stamped so that the vehicle will then be authorized to park in the handicapped spaces on campus.  These guests can also utilize meters after paying the appropriate fee without obtaining a permit from parking. Visit the Parking & Transportation site for more information.
